Visit of Shri Anand Sharma, Minister of Commerce and Industry to Zimbabwe
Shri Anand Sharma, Minister of Commerce and Industry, led an Indian delegation to Zimbabwe from 2nd – 4th February 2014. During his stay in Harare, Hon’ble Minister called on Ms. Joice T.R. Mujuru, Vice-President of Zimbabwe and held meeting with Zimbabwean Minister of Industry and Commerce Mr. Michael Bimha as well as Zimbabwean Minister of Finance Mr. Patrick Chinamasa. During these interactions, the two sides discussed issues of mutual concern and also reviewed the decisions made during the 2nd Joint Trade Committee meeting held in March 2013. The two sides decided to further enhance their cooperation in the priority sectors of cooperation namely, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, health sector, small and medium industries.A few photographs taken on this occasion may be seen on Embassy’s Facebook Page www.facebook.com/embindia.harare
