Security Service for Embassy of India Properties in Harare Competitive Bid
Embassy of India proposes to engage Security companies to provide 24 hrs security services for the five (5) GOI/Embassy properties in Harare, Zimbabwe. In this connection Security companies are requested to submit their rates for providing 24hrs and 12hrs Security Guards to man the GOI/Embassy properties on a monthly basis. The companies are also requested to provide a brief profile about their company along with the terms and condition; details of International/Diplomatic/Zimbabwean organisations to whom the company is providing security services.
The Embassy would like to inform that this is a competitive bid and only the selected firm would be contacted upon selection for signing of annual contract and agreements. The rates quoted by the Security Company and once accepted by the Embassy would be valid for the contracted period of 1 year and no escalation of security fee would be entertained during the term of running contract.
The quotes for the security charges may be hand delivered in original; signed and sealed by the Company representative; in closed envelope to:

It may be noted that the Company applying for the job should have minimum experience of three years working in the field. The last day for submission of quote is 16th July, 2014
