Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informers (PIDPI) Resolution
The Procedure for handling of complaints under Government of India’s Resolution No. 89 i.e. Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informers (PIDPI) Resolution to be followed by Designated Authority is appended below. The Joint Secretary, CNV being the Chief Vigilance Officer is the Designated Authority for handling complaints under PIDPI in the Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India.
